Budget £595 to £1,795 plus VAT (£714 to £2,154 inc VAT) per hatch for counter and hatch grilles in Irvinestown, supplied and fitted. Size, number of leaves, colour and access all move the price, which is fixed in writing after the survey.

Consents and safety: Northern Ireland
Grilles across exits in business premises
The Fire and Rescue Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 and the Fire Safety Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 make the appropriate person keep escape routes and exits available and easy to open while people are present. A grille across an exit should be open whenever the premises are occupied.
Grilles inside the glass
A grille fitted inside the glass does not normally need planning permission in Northern Ireland, as it does not materially change the outside of the building. If the building is listed, listed building consent may still be needed.

Yes. Hatch grilles lock with a key at the bottom rail or leading edge.
